The award of ISO 9001 by external assessors, who are used to judging standards on a daily basis across a wide variety of trades and industries, is confirmation of our approach and methods in place to ensure consistency across the organisation.
“What matters most of all to us is that this approach is reflected in the way that we work with our clients to deliver major change programmes and cost reductions across the public sector.”
