Children's Services

At V4 we have substantial experience in driving change to improve outcomes for children and young people, their families and the communities in which they live.

Our work with clients has focused primarily on narrowing the gap between disadvantaged children and their peers.  By redirecting public funds and investing in preventative solutions, we’ve enabled better service delivery and outcomes for young people and avoided greater expenditure on cure.

• Reducing teenage pregnancy
• Reducing the numbers of children in care
• Managing a secondary school out of special measures
• Improving child protection
• Improving safeguarding arrangements for vulnerable children
